United Way of El Paso County, an affiliate of one of the largest global charities, has been serving the El Paso, Texas, community since 1923. Dedicated to fostering equitable opportunities for all, it addresses critical needs through wraparound support, promoting financial stability, education, and health while connecting the most vulnerable to essential community resources.
To better support their mission of addressing emergent community needs, United Way of El Paso County sought a solution to streamline case management and resource tracking for their Community Resiliency Center (CRC). This effort aimed to enhance their capacity to manage client inquiries, analyze resource use, and improve service delivery.
